Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Brett Tayler was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Finance Corporation Limited in September 2020. Prior to this, he was employed for 3+ years as the Country Manager for BSP Finance (PNG) Ltd.
Brett is a New Zealander who has been in the Banking and Finance industry for over 37 years and gained experience working in Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. He has Executive Masters in Business Administration with significant experience in broad and varied lending and finance environments. He has a proven track record in developing and training people, leading teams and in policy/process development and audit systems development. Building strong relationships across organizations internally and externally, people management skills, understanding of sales and credit risk drivers, legislative and compliance awareness and understanding, attention to detail and understanding of and effective stakeholder management have assisted him in his career.
